Being Here: The Power of Presence

An experiential training in awareness

Being here does not mean to make your mind silent or to try to have a better feeling or another experience. It is simply the art of embracing all what is happening, as it is, as it feels. You are here, present to all what is without any intention to change.

And the moment you are present, you shine in your natural quality.

So, in these 4 days there will be all the space for you to experience the simpleness and beauty of living and sensing moment by moment. 

Music will inspire your body to express itself in your unique way. And in your dance suddenly different feelings may arise. There may be tears, there may be excitement, joy or maybe something so quiet. All is welcome here.

Your hands will feel, touch and do things which your mind can watch in wonder.

Creation happens by itself, without plan or idea and whatever is created, it will be so right.

Your mind can finally relax as your body senses what is the right way for it to be in just this moment in life. 

Being here, at ease with yourself, creates also the space to see someone else clearly and connection can happen by itself. No doing it, no trying to reach somewhere. Something in your body knows how to connect within and in which way to connect to the other.

All happens here, now.

Whatever happens in this process, it all arises out of the moment and every awareness exercise or meditation technique is just here to bring you into your own body with your mind watching this process.

In this space something in you relaxes and returns into its own nature.
